| A friend need help, Celia Jillego Tilakas left Brgy. Mayahay,Cawayan,Masbate when she was 10 yrs old and have not been back there for the last 19yrs. She need to know if her family is still there because she has no contact with her family. Her parent is Ricardo Tilakas and Melisa Jillego.She need her birth certificate but cant go there because of financial problem and she cant remember already the place.She will be thankful for your help. | I`ve been in Masbate Cawayan Looc Naro last week we`d visit our relatives coz its been a long years that we dont see each other in all i can says is i love the people. they are so kind and sweet the people are so very hospitable. even thou they lack of everything they never says: that their lives was unlucky... but i feel pity for those members of the family who can`t buy enough food to there children and some of the children at the age of 7 years old and above knew how to find a ways if how to feed themselves,,, and also some of them can`t afford to go to school..so please help us share our blessings,, | |
